1What services does the "AllContainerLines" provide?
Our company is a global online freight forwarder and NVOCC operator and provides maritime container shipping services only. We like a line, but better. We are the aggregator of container lines. Lines constantly download their offers to us, we check them and show you. You choose the one that suits you the most and make us the booking with a single click. We place your booking in the line you've chosen (we work with all lines) and provide you perfect customer service. You pay freight to us, and we pay to the line.
2What other services besides maritime container shipping are provided by the «AllContainerLines"?
Nothing more! Maritime container shipments only. But we arrange them globally and best of all others.
We do not deal with port forwarding.
We do not deal with air, train and road transport.
We do not deal with insurance.
We do not provide services for weighing, re-stuffing, inspection.
We do not deal with customs clearance in any country in the world.
Only containers. Only sea. Only freight.
3Are there any limits in sea container shipments, that you organize?
Yes. We arrange container shipping in the 20'dc 40'dc 40'HC only.
We do not accept dangerous, perishable and heavy bulky goods.
We do not provide special equipment such as open-top or flat-rack.
4Who is the target audience of the "AllContainerLines"? Who are your customers?
Our target audience is small and medium-sized forwarding companies, customs brokers and cargoowners.
5How do you solve problems with the space and equipment availability?
Consolidating huge cargoflow, we get from lines not only rates lower, but the service better. Lines provide space on vessels and empty containers for stuffing to major customers in priority.

We've made a convenient, fast and modern platform to consolidate their cargo and to act with lines as a united front, a single large client - to get the terms that lines give only to the major forwarders, and transmit these terms to a small forwarders, equating them in competitiveness with the major.
6I worked directly with the lines, and it was reliable. Why should I trust your company?
Unfortunately, the line is not always reliable: recently Hanjin went bankrupt, and its customers, whose cargoes were on Hanjin vessels at that time, was one-on-one with Hanjin creditors. We are dealing with container shipping only, and we buy freight only directly from the lines. So we know the situation in the lines better than other companies, who are engaged in all in a row. We in the "AllContainerLines" regularly analyze the financial statements of the lines, know the situation inside, follow the "work climate" in the lines, communicate with the liner staff in different offices and countries. So that's why we learn in advance about the problems of the lines, their real abilities and risks. And it's worth it!
At the same time, we are a transparent company with the audited accounting, an experienced team and international investors. Hundreds of thousands dollars were invested in the "AllContainerLines", more than half of them remains in a current assets that continue to grow because, unlike most lines, we are operationally profitable.
7Who has invented and implemented it?
We are a team of experienced professionals headed by the Russian entrepreneur Andrey Deryabin.

8Why do you offer such low rates?
Consolidating container flows of many companies we become a huge client for each line. And due to this we receive significantly lower rates than each of our customers individually would have received at the line directly.
Our know-how in automation allows us to significantly reduce staff costs, while making the booking placing and the whole process of transportation the most convenient on the market - both for our customers and for lines.
Lines see rates and transit time of each other on each route, so place every following offer only if it is better than all previous ones. We have made the market more transparent and faster and obtain a new value for all participants.
9What is included in your rates?
Our rates include freight and all subjects to it that the line can only come up with (all in FIFO). By a single click you can add all local charges to the freight in the port of loading (LIFO all in), or only at the port of discharge (FILO all in), or both at the port of loading and port of discharge (LILO all in). If you have any doubts while placing the booking, please email or call your personal manager - his contacts are always available in the lower right corner of your personal account on the website, it will take no more than 5 minutes.
But even without a call, you can be sure that working with us you will forget about the unpleasant surprises, and in cases of dispute, we stand on your side, and even if the line is wrong and does not admit it - we'll take the costs. 10Why do you offer such a high rate on the route relevant for me?

11Are your rates valid for dangerous, perishable or heavy bulky goods?
No. We do not accept dangerous, perishable, and heavy bulky cargo
12Are your rates valid for special equipment, open-top or flat-rack for example
No. We do not provide special equipment. We arrange maritime container shipments only in the 20'dc 40'dc 40'HC.
13Do you give a discount for the volume of shipments?
No. We have the same rates for all customers. But later we plan to implement a system of bonus "nautical miles", that you automatically receive for each container booked with us.
14Line invoices us (our port forwarder) some fees and overheads, what should we do?
Please do not pay this invoice! Just send it to us, i.e. to your personal manager - his contacts are always in the lower right corner of your personal account on the website. If when placing the booking you have included local charges in the appropriate port in the rate, you do not have to pay anything above this amount neither to us nor to the line.
If this is a charge, that according to the rules of the line should be paid by port forwarder at the port of discharge, we simply reduce our invoice for this amount. But we have included this charge in our rates that you see on the website. Thanks to this rates from different lines can be compared on our website - they are given to the "common denominator".
15Who to whom pays for demurrage, detention and drop off?
These 3 types of costs all lines issue on your port forwarder, i.e. not on AllContainerLines. However, it is we who negotiate and agree beforehand the terms of demurrage and detention with the lines - you see them on the searching page with rates and lines even before placing the booking. We did not automate the cost of drop off, so if you want to drop an empty container not at the port of discharge - please contact your personal manager before placing the booking - his contacts are always in the lower right corner of your personal account on the website.
16Why the port I need is missing in your selection?
Our goal is to make a global system, that has lines' best rates for absolutely all routes possible on the planet.
Therefore, we are constantly adding new ports and routes, as soon as convinced that we have both the cargoflow and the best market offer. If you want us to add any port or a specific route, please sign in our service right now and contact your personal manager in your account on the website. And then within one business day we will add a new port, and lines - rates through it.
Payment
17Where the "AllContainerLines" buys container freight?
We get rates and buy freight directly from the container lines only. Freight forwarders, no matter how large they are, are unable to offer their rates in our service, no matter how low they are. We are the aggregator of container lines only.
18Who do I pay for the maritime container shipment, booked in your service? To you or to the line?
You pay us. We pay lines.
All freight payments are to be made on account of our Russian legal entity "AllContainerLines LLC" in a Russian Bank. In 2018 we plan to open offices in the US and Asia, and then you will be able to select separately for each booking the jurisdiction for payment between our legal entities-residents in Russia, USA and Hong Kong.
19Можно ли с вами "договориться"?
We don't pay bribes.
We do not pay customers for working with us.
We don't pay lines for the best terms.
We are a transparent company with the audited accounting.
We adhere to the highest ethical standards, that's why bribes are absolutely impossible and totally excluded. Our principles are widely known in the market, so the fact of cooperation with the "AllContainerLines" is an evidence of a favourable climate in the companies of our customers and partners.
20When I receive the invoice and when it needs to be paid?
A week before the arrival of the vessel at the port of discharge, you will automatically receive an invoice at your email and will need to pay before arrival of the vessel at the port of discharge.
21In what currency should the invoice be paid?
Invoice must be paid in the currency in which it is issued.
22In what currency will the invoice be issued?
Invoice will be issued according to customer choice:
- or in rubles at the CBR exchange rate on the issue date. We don't add any interest to the CBR exchange rate!
- or in the same currency that was specified when you placed your booking. Usually, container shipping to/from ports of Europe are quoted in euros, the rest - are in US dollars.
23Is it possible to pay in foreign currency between residents of the Russian Federation?
Yes, you can. One Russian legal entity can pay to another Russian legal entities in US dollars or Euro underthe forwarding contract, which we conclude with each client. Permitted by paragraph 4 of section 9 of the Federal law 173 "On currency regulation and currency control". The algorithm of actions of your financier or accountant for such payment is the same as payment to a nonresident, only you don't need to open the passport of the transaction, regardless of amount.
24Is it possible the invoice issued in one currency to pay with another currency?
It is possible, but we do not recommend to do so, because your payment will be converted to the invoice currency at the exchange rate of our bank, and as a result the amount of your payment may be not enough to release your containers.
25When will I receive the act of rendered services (for Russian legal entities only)?
Immediately on the first working day after arrival of the vessel at the port of discharge, you will automatically receive scans of signed act on your email. We send you monthly your original invoice and act for each booking together with our copy of the act. Please sign it and return to us by regular mail to the legal or actual address.
